MAOFMADAN aerators are made up with a revolutionary reducer and a reliable motor, the special design of the MAOFMADAN aerator saves 20% electric consumption.
The MAOFMADAN paddlewheel aerator 2HP 4 IMP ,provide a Oxygen transfer rate of 2.59Kg (O2)/h, which is around 36.3% higher than the standard. The power efficiency of this model is 1.7Kg(O2)/Kw/h, which is 36.8% higher than the standard.

We have changed the “HEART” of the paddlewheel taking a whole different concept to the GEAR, using an ARCUAL-BEVEL GEAR (instead of the usual Taiwanese worm wheel). We have achieved the following:
MAOFMADAN saves energy consumption due to higher efficiency – saving 15-20% on electricity over traditional models.
The Arcual-Bevel Gear in MAOFMADAN reducer is made of chromium-manganese-titanium with carbon-nitride surface treatment. This ensures long lifespans and high rigidity – our gears are built to last for many years compared to the 2-3 years life expectancy of all other makes.
As a result of preventing sprocket’s wear, Oil can be changed in to MAOFMADAN reducer, once a year instead of every quarter (1 liter instead of 2.5 liters in other makes).
MADAN TECHNOLOGIES have then improved every weak component in the MAOFMADAN AERATOR, so that the Whole product can work with minimal maintenance for many years:
Gear shaft’s oil seals were replaces with superior mechanical seal.
Motor bearings were replaces with superior SKF/NSK EA6 bearings for high temperature.
Motor ventilator was changed to aluminum instead of plastic to enhance heat transfer and durability
Shaft connectors were strengthen to avoid breaking
Paddles were improved and are easy to replace
Shafts and frame are made of Stainless Steel 304
Motor thermal protection is available upon request
